Planning advisers to USS and Land Securities on securing planning permission for the major retail led redevelopment, Trinity Leeds in the heart of the city centre. Then supported our CPO team on the completion of land acquisition. The scheme design evolved from the original grant of permission requiring complex drop in applications which I managed with Ros Eastman and John Cooper in the Deloitte Manchester team.
